A typical automobile braking system comprises of different types of supplementary parts, devices and accessories like brake booster, brake cylinders, brake lines, brake pedal, brake fluid level sensor, brake roll, wheel studs, pumps etc.

Keeping the brakes in proper working order is a must, if one is to ensure safety on roads. There are many things to be considered when it comes to better judge the actual condition of the braking system and here we can take help from those useful sensors that provide us the most reliable and useful information about the current condition of our vehicles, For e.g. a brake pad wear sensor that helps us to know when it is time to replace our brake pads and a brake fluid level sensor that plays a key role by monitoring that the brake fluid level is maintained at its proper level. They warn the drivers (by way of an indicator light on the instrument panel) that the brake fluid level within the brake reservoir is low and service should be pursued. Low brake fluid level could mean the loss of the vehicle braking system so it is important that we ensure that the fluid sensors work properly.

Another important part that depends upon sensors is the transmission control unit or TCU that controls electronic automatic transmissions in most of the modern vehicles. Automatic transmissions contain hydraulic systems, mechanical systems, electrical systems and also computer controls, all working together in perfect harmony which goes virtually unnoticed until there is a problem. Transmission Control Solenoid is a key component to this control unit that actually controls fluid flow into and throughout an automatic transmission and whenever there is a fault in this part, it affects the whole machine. However it is simple to get your vehicle back into its working condition by just replacing the defected part for the new Transmission Control Solenoid.
